Virtual Currency & In‑App Purchase Terms

1) What you are buying

We may offer virtual currency (e.g., “Coins”) and virtual items/benefits (“Virtual Items”) for use only within our services.

• No cash value; not legal tender; not a bank account or stored value.
• Non-transferable and non-assignable; you may not sell, gift, trade, or transfer outside the service.
• Not redeemable for money or monetary value; no withdrawals.
• We grant a limited, revocable, personal licence to use Virtual Currency/Items in the service.

2) Pricing, taxes, and checkout disclosures

Prices are shown at the time of purchase (generally in CAD unless stated). Applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST/PST/QST) may be added where required. Your total, billing frequency (if any), and the action required to pay are shown before you confirm the purchase.

3) Billing and recurring charges (subscriptions)

Some offers may be one-time purchases; others may be subscriptions. If you buy a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Renewal terms, price, and billing interval will be disclosed at purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; access/benefits may continue until the end of the then-current paid period.

4) Purchases through Apple/Google/other stores

If you purchase through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), that store processes your payment and its terms and refund rules apply. We cannot override store billing decisions.

5) Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks

• All sales are generally final once delivered, except where required by applicable law or where a store’s policy provides a refund.
• For web purchases, contact us promptly with your order details; if a refund is approved, we may also remove related Virtual Currency/Items and/or adjust balances.
• Unauthorized payments should be reported immediately. Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in removal of Virtual Currency/Items, account restrictions, or suspension where permitted.

6) Expiration, changes, and account termination

Virtual Currency/Items may expire if disclosed at the time of grant/purchase or if required for legal/compliance reasons. We may change, reprice, or discontinue Virtual Currency/Items or related features, including conversion rates between in-service items, to the extent permitted by law. If your account is closed or access ends, unused Virtual Currency/Items may be forfeited where permitted.

7) Abuse and technical issues

We may void, remove, or adjust Virtual Currency/Items obtained through error, fraud, automated means, policy violations, or suspected abuse. If you believe there is a billing or delivery error, contact us with supporting details so we can investigate.
