Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (19+)

You must be at least 19 years old (or older if required by the laws in your province/territory). Minors are not permitted to access or use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that cannot be verified.

2) No real-money gambling; no cash-out; no prizes of value

• The Service is for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling.
• Virtual coins/credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be cashed out.
• No prizes, awards, or items of real-world value are offered based on gameplay.

3) Virtual coins and game items

Virtual coins, credits, and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are licensed to you for use within the Service only. Virtual Items are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged outside the Service, and may be modified, limited, or removed at any time as permitted by law.

4) Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

5) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, automation, exploits, or attempts to manipulate outcomes or Virtual Items.
• No harassment, hate, threats, unlawful content, or invasion of others’ privacy.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, interference, or security testing without written permission.

6) Intellectual property

The Service (including games, software, artwork, text, and trademarks) is owned by Maple Jackspot Entertainment Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. Gameplay outcomes are for entertainment and may be influenced by chance mechanics and system rules.

8) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Maple Jackspot Entertainment Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any).

9) Termination and enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, are underage, or pose risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, your license ends and Virtual Items may be forfeited.

10) Disputes, governing law, and venue

Please contact us first to try to resolve issues informally. Unless consumer protection laws provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada, and disputes will be brought in the courts located in Vancouver, BC.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
